We will be in our model soon!
This is our first official blog for the NEW Courtyard Villas of Westgate in Grapevine Texas.
Our new homes will be detached, single family ranging from 1700-2300 square feet. Right now, our pricing is starting at $259,900. This is much, much lower than the pricing of the existing townhomes.
